Rollin Moose started as a simple dream: to bring the joy of properly made ice cream to our little corner of Idaho. What began as weekend pops at the local farmers market has grown into the beloved neighborhood spot where neighbors become friends over shared scoops.

Every batch is hand-churned right here in our shop on E Main St. We source local dairy, partner with Idaho orchards for fresh fruit, and never cut corners. That's why our flavors taste different — because they're made different.
